Affordable Private Schools’ Association (APSA) is the not-for-profit organization raising the voice of 250 low-fee schools functional in Delhi. APSA is facilitating schools to serve children’s quality education at affordable fees.

अफोर्डेबल प्राइवेट स्कूल एसोसिएशन (APSA) विद्यालयों का संगठन है, जिससे दिल्ली के 250 से अधिक अफोर्डेबल विद्यालय जुड़े हुए हैं। अफोर्डेबल विद्यालय का अर्थ है वह विद्यालय ​जो सरकार का अपने सरकारी विद्यालय में शिक्षा देने पर होने वाले खर्चे से कम खर्चे पर बच्चों को शिक्षा उपलब्ध करा रहा है, वह प्रत्येक विद्यालय अफोर्डेबल है। अफोर्डेबल विद्यालय राष्ट्र ​उन्नति में अपना योगदान दे रहे है। APSA का प्रयास है, कि अफॉर्डेबल विद्यालयों के लिए ऐसा वातावरण तैयार किया जाए कि बच्चों को अच्छी शिक्षा मिलती रहे एवं अभिभावक पर आर्थिक ​बोझ कम पड़े। APSA विद्यालय अपनी क्षमता अनुसार बच्चों का समग्र विकास कर देश की उन्नति में अपना योगदान दे रहे हैं। अपने लक्ष्य पर काम करते हुए APSA विद्यालयों के लिए ​एथलेटिक मीट, प्रदर्शनिया, प्रतियोगिताएं, शिक्षकों के लिए सम्मान समारोह जैसे कार्यक्रम करता रहता है। पर्यावरण की सुरक्षा और प्रदूषण मुक्त यमुना नदी के लिए जागरूकता को बढ़ावा देने ​के लिए APSA ने यमुना सांसद 2023 में भी अपना योगदान दिया। विद्यालयों को सहयोग, विद्यालयों का पक्ष रखना और संसाधन समर्थन के माध्यम से, APSA शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में अपना ​योगदान दे रहा है। आर्थिक पृष्ठभूमि की परवाह किए बिना गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षा हर बच्चे तक पहुंचे आपस इसके लिए कार्यरत है।

मिलेट मेला का आयोजन:


मिलेट मेला का आयोजन 18-19 दिसंबर 2023 में बड़े उत्साह के साथ हुआ। ​मिलेट मिले का एक महत्वपूर्ण आयाम बच्चों की प्रतियोगिता भी था। बच्चों की ​प्रतियोगिता का आयोजन अफॉर्डेबल प्राइवेट स्कूल एसोसिएशन, दिल्ली द्वारा ​आयोजित किया गया। प्रतियोगिता के माध्यम से बच्चों में मिलेट(श्रीअन्न) की ​जागरूकता बढ़ाना था। इस कार्यक्रम में 100 से अधिक विद्यालयों के 3000 ​से ज्यादा बच्चों ने भाग लिया। विद्यालयों के बच्चों ने विविध कार्यक्रमों में भाग ​लिया, जिसमें प्रकृति के विषय पर पोस्टर बनाने की प्रतियोगिता, खाना पकाने ​की वीडियो निर्माण प्रतियोगिता, वैज्ञानिक पोस्टर प्रस्तुति, डिक्लेमेशन और ​क्विज प्रतियोगिता शामिल थीं। इन कार्यक्रमों ने छात्रों को अपनी प्रतिभा और ​रचनात्मकता को प्रदर्शित करने का मौका दिया। मेले का मुख्य आकर्षण था ​इसकी थीम- “बच्चों के आहार में मिलेट लाना” । मिलेट के सेवन से प्राकृतिक ​संसाधनों की सुरक्षा और सतत विकास पर जोर दिया गया। छात्रों ने अपने ज्ञान ​और कला के माध्यम से समाज में जागरूकता फैलाने में योगदान दिया, जिससे ​यह मेला शिक्षाप्रद और मनोरंजक बन गया।

Smt. Savitri Bai Phule National Award for Outstanding Principals and Educators for Their Remarkable Contributions to Education, Environment, and Social Justice

The Affordable Private School Association (APSA) organized Smt. Savitribai Phule National Award 2023 at Maharashtra Sadan, India Gate, New Delhi, to acknowledge and commend the exceptional work and dedication of Principals and teachers in the fields of education, environment, and social justice. The event, aptly named the "Smt. Savitribai Phule National Award of Excellence," was graced by the esteemed presence of renowned social worker Shree Girish Maniklal Gandhi from Nagpur who shared his profound insights on women empowerment.

The program was graced by the felicitation of Mr. Gandhi as the first recipient of Smt. Savitribai Phule National Award by Team APSA. The occasion was further adorned by the presence of notable dignitaries, including Sh. Shyam Jaju, Senior Leader of the BJP, and Sh. Haripal Rawat, Joint Secretary of the AICC, who added their distinguished presence to the celebration.

The award ceremony recognized and honoured to facilitate 250 educators from over 40 schools spanning 11 cities across 6 states for their exemplary contributions. Dr. Lakshya Chhabaria, the President of APSA, along with senior advisor Ms. Ananya Bedi, and the entire APSA team, extended heartfelt congratulations to all the deserving awardees.

Dr. Chhabaria also pledged the association's commitment to making the "Smt. Savitribai Phule National Award of Excellence" an annual tradition, celebrated in honour of Teachers' Day. This commitment ensures that the invaluable contributions of educators continue to be recognized and celebrated year after year.


APSA-Affordable Private School Association organized an Athletics Meet to raise sports awareness and sportsman spirit among students


The day started with Saraswati Vandana which spread spirituality and positivity all over the stadium. A number of sports activities were held like a 1500-meter race, relay race, shotput, long jump, etc. Besides health benefits, the participants learned much about life skills. They learned to work together to achieve a common goal. They also learned about trust and responsibility and about dealing with success and failure. The function was inaugurated by the Chief Guest and Member of Parliament and famous artist Mr. Manoj Tiwari by lighting the lamp who in his speech said that more than winning, it is the spirit of participating in sports that makes us strong. The sudden view of the fighter jets flying in the sky preparing for the Republic Day parade amazed the audience and it graced the occasion. Hon'ble MP appreciated the efforts of APSA in the field of sports. APSA President Dr. Lakshya Chhabria, Mr. Rajesh Dua, Mr. Rohit Dua Patel, Chief Mentor of the association awarded shields, medals, and certificates to the winning students in the competitions and expressed their gratitude to all the schools for their extraordinary participation. On this occasion, Mr. Jitendra Mahajan, MLA Rohtash Nagar, Mr. Ritesh Suji, Councillor Welcome ward, and Mr. BP Kunjan DDE Zone-V graced the occasion as Guests of Honor. The stadium was full of students from different schools associated with APSA.

APSA proudly represented affordable schools in Delhi at "Gyanotsav 2079," a three-day educational Utsav organized by Shiksha Sanskriti Utthan Nyas at the ICARI Pusa Campus in New Delhi. This event served as a prominent platform for showcasing the diverse activities undertaken by educational institutes across India. Participating in this Utsav provided us with an excellent opportunity to spotlight the valuable contributions and initiatives of affordable schools in Delhi.

APSA supported “Yamuna Sansad “

held on June 4th 2023

APSA asked its schools to participate in the Yamuna Sansad an initiative to save the river from heavy pollution, Students, teachers, principals formed a human chain along the Yamuna river banks under the Yamuna Sansad initiative to save the river from heavy pollution in New Delhi.

General Body Meeting of APSA

Affordable Private Schools Association convened the meeting on April 1, 2023, at 3:00 PM, has been successfully conducted, fostering meaningful discussions and collaborative decision-making.

The agenda encompassed a range of pivotal subjects. Firstly, we extended our heartfelt felicitation to Sh. Bharat Arora, President of the Action Committee, acknowledging his outstanding contributions. Subsequently, the deliberations delved into intricate matters, including a comprehensive discussion on property tax intricacies affecting our schools.

The session also scrutinized the recent judgment involving Mahavir School, engaging participants in an insightful discourse. Matters pertaining to fines for late fees in schools were thoroughly examined, ensuring a nuanced understanding of the associated challenges and possible resolutions.

Furthermore, the implications of the Entry Level Age post the National Education Policy 2020 were explored, providing a platform for diverse perspectives and considerations. Updates on the EWS Reimbursement Case Status were shared, enhancing transparency and understanding among the members.

The meeting also offered an open forum for members to address other relevant matters concerning our schools, fostering a collaborative spirit and ensuring that all voices were heard.

I extend my heartfelt gratitude to each participant for their active engagement and invaluable contributions. The detailed meeting minutes will be compiled and circulated shortly, encapsulating the essence of our discussions.
